Dealing directly with the local farmers/ suppliers allowing us to offer our food at cost comparable to that on the high street of Japan. Hong Konger’s love for mixian coupled with our strong tie to Japan made us come with this fusion concept which we hope to elevate mixian to a new level of taste and comfort.
